Yes! Performance and Elite members can freeze their active membership for up to 45 days per calendar year with zero pause fees directly through the mobile app.
Is there a long-term contract or cancellation fee? ▼
No long-term contracts for monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time with a simple 7-day notice before your next billing cycle with zero penalty fees.
How does 24/7 access work? ▼
Performance and Elite members receive a secure encrypted RFID keycard or can use NFC on their smartphones to unlock our secure automated biometric turnstiles 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Do you offer Day Passes or student discounts? ▼
Yes! Full-time students with a valid college ID get a flat 15% discount on all plans. Single Day Passes are also available for ₹499 at the front desk.
